Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Bethlehem, PA 7am to 4pm (1 hour lunch) Monday to Friday

Seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial trucks to transport, load, and unload goods efficiently throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Transport: Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move, stack, and stage materials, pallets, and heavy loads across the warehouse floor.
• Loading & Unloading: Unload incoming freight from trucks or shipping containers and load outbound trailers according to shipping manifests and schedule demands.
• Inventory & Order Preparation: Pick, stack, and transport items to designated storage locations or packing bays, ensuring accuracy against pick sheets and inventory records.
• Equipment Inspection: Conduct routine pre-shift visual and mechanical inspections on forklifts, reporting any maintenance issues, battery changes, or safety concerns immediately.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations, company safety guidelines, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workplace environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Operating Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of documented experience operating industrial forklift equipment in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and comfortably work on your feet, bending, and reaching throughout a standard shift.
• Inventory Literacy: Demonstrated ability to read pick tickets, shipping orders, or use standard warehouse management systems (WMS) and hand-held RF scanners.
• Safety & Attendance Record: Strong track record of safe equipment operation, sharp spatial awareness, and a history of reliable punctuality and attendance.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
