for an immersive, hands-on summer internship. Located between Green Bay and Milwaukee, the Dock Spiders offer a fast-paced environment where you won't just watch from the sidelines—you'll help make the season happen.

Program Details & Commitment

• Schedule: Full-time summer commitment, including standard business hours, nights, weekends, and all home games.

Graphic Design Intern

Build a season's worth of real-world design work while helping shape the visual identity of the Dock Spiders. From social media and stadium graphics to promotional materials and video-board content, your work will be seen by thousands of fans throughout the summer.

What You'll Do

• Design engaging content for social media, digital platforms, and the stadium video board while maintaining Dock Spiders brand standards.
• Create and update marketing collateral, promotional materials, print pieces, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, promotions, photography, social media, and video production staff on creative campaigns.
• Operate and help maintain stadium video-board systems, featuring Venus and CrossFire equipment.
• Help coordinate game-day entertainment production and press box personnel, including PA, scoreboard, music and video-board operations.
• Create graphics and content supporting theme nights, sponsors, ticket sales, merchandise, and special events.

Skills We're Looking For

Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, particularly Illustrator—including vector graphics—Photoshop and InDesign.

Great Fit For: Graphic design, visual communications, advertising, or marketing students looking to build a diverse professional portfolio.
