Associate Attorney – Federal Litigation

An established litigation practice is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its team.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong federal court litigation experience who is looking to grow within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

The firm is open to candidates with 3–5 years of experience and will also consider exceptional junior attorneys who demonstrate strong litigation skills, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters in federal court from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case management
• Maintain strong client communication and case organization

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience preferred
• Federal court litigation experience is mandatory
• Labor & Employment experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
