Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, translating complex clinical scenarios for engineering and product teams while optimizing clinical foundations across the organization. Key responsibilities: Work cross-functionally with strategy, engineering, and marketing to enhance clinical foundations Independently analyze clinical cases and develop internal tooling to address problems Design and conduct digital experiments in collaboration with the engineering team Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing with current RN and CCDS credentials 5+ years of leadership experience in Coding and/or CDI departments within the revenue cycle Experience with concurrent and retrospective CDI review in both inpatient and outpatient settings Strong analytical and project management skills Current credentials from AHIMA, AAPC, or ACDIS
